Arrive with clean, dry hair. 1-2 days is ideal but no more than 3-4 days depending on your hair type. No greasy or oily looking or feeling hair. Avoid heavy products such as gel, mousse, or excessive creams. Also Grey coverage products, dry shampoo, or hairspray.

Clean scalp equals the best results with coloring or highlighting your hair since the lightener or color doesn't have to fight through layers of oil and product.

Highlighting or coloring on dirty hair is a thing of the past and no longer recommended.

Curly cuts will begin with the hair dry in its natural state, so it is imperative that you come with your hair prepared properly. That means clean, dry, detangled and loose hair. No buns, ponytails, or braids.

Fantasy color refresh appointments, please come with your hair prepped also. Clean hair will take the color better and also I do not use shampoo when I rinse the color out so your head will not be washed.

A confirmation text will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment, which is a perfect reminder to wash your hair. Please prep properly to avoid a hair prep fee of $25

Highlight or color appointment? Please arrive on time

Please book on a day that you are not pressed for time. Everyone’s hair is different and sometimes we need a little wiggle room to cover our bases. After that, we will know better how much time we will need for future appointments. Highlighting appointments can take 4-6 hours so please arrive on time.

Location and parking

I am located in the Phenix Suites on the north west corner of North Kendall Dr & 127th ave. In the middle of the Winston park shopping center, behind the Matress Firm store. I’m in suite #107, hang a left once you enter the suites. Please arrive with enough time to find parking as this shopping center can be busy and parking can be hard to find.
